In moments of doubt - ask yourself:
- How will i look in 6 months time?
- How will i feel in 6 months time?
- If i stop will health decline?
- How will it affect friends and family?
AVOID MEDIA MODELS/CELEBRITY IMAGES
Do not go looking for images of skinny models who will make you feel bad, they are not real.
Break down goals into bite size chunks and praise and reward yourself when you hit them

- Each session focuses on a specific cognitive skill, a mindset if you will, related to successful self control and weight control.

- You’ll examine the difference between “Trim-Slim Thinking versus Fat Thinkng.”
- You’ll learn stress management techniques to eliminate eating for comfort.
- We’ll discuss ways to stress proof your life, manage stress in healthy ways and reverse the addiction to emotional eating that will help you improve your eating patterns.
- You’ll learn to make sensible food choices.
- You’ll create an intelligent relationship with food, encouraging you to eat only when you're hungry and you stop eating when you're full.
- I’ll boost your motivation to exercise.
You might also want to talk about relationships, limiting beliefs, self-esteem, work-related problems, time management or perhaps health and family-related concerns.
Part of your agreement to participate in this bespoke program is that you select good quality healthy food to eat. No food is taboo.
