Each session focuses on a specific cognitive skill, a mindset if you will, related to successful self control and weight control.
Each session will contribute to your success and motivation.
You’ll stop being addicted to food.
You’ll examine the difference between “Trim-Slim Thinking versus Fat Thinkng.”
You’ll learn stress management techniques to eliminate eating for comfort.
We’ll discuss ways to stress proof your life, manage stress in healthy ways and reverse the addiction to emotional eating that will help you improve your eating patterns.
You’ll learn to make sensible food choices.
You’ll create an intelligent relationship with food, encouraging you to eat only when you're hungry and you stop eating when you're full.
I’ll boost your motivation to exercise.
You might also want to talk about relationships, limiting beliefs, self-esteem, work-related problems, time management or perhaps health and family-related concerns.
Part of your agreement to participate in this bespoke program is that you select good quality healthy food to eat. No food is taboo.
